Carrie Hatfield received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Texas Christian University. She began her career an intern for David Cadwallader and spent her first years out of school working in a local antique store before moving to Austin to work for Roy Materanek of RWM Design. After returning home to Dallas, she went to work for Fort Worth-based architect John Sheffield working on both residential and commercial projects. She continues to work mostly on residential interiors. She strives to give each project a very custom approach, and always focuses on creating functional and beautiful spaces with incredible detail.

Carrie is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers, the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners and the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. She lives in Dallas with her husband Reed and their daughters, Claire, Cate and Virginia.
